Step-by-step Pomegranate Gin

Many recipes give long infusion times, but I am really impatient and find that three days gives you a gorgeous and tasty infusion.
If you prefer to drink your gin neat, add another tablespoon of sugar.
Don't throw out the gin-infused seeds. Pop them into ice cube trays for a garnish. Or add to crushed meringue and whipped cream for a booze Eton Mess style pudding.
